Soul Chat, voice calls and soulmates are not here

Take the mismatch first, since it is cheaper to find now than after a top-up. SoulGen's pricing page lists Soul Chat beside its generation tools and prices text chat, voice calls and creating a soulmate as separate line items. None of those exist on Vellria as a product: no character to build a bond with, no calls, and no conversation carried from one visit to the next. The closest piece is Uncensored Chat, a raw text model you reach over an API, which answers in whatever role you set but remembers nothing between requests.

The refund clause worth reading before you pay

SoulGen's Terms of Service put their refund position plainly: an image created is described as a personalised product that consumed electricity, GPU and server resources, and the document states that the only way to get refunded is if you never created any image. It adds an instruction to stop before generating if you plan to ask for one.

The clause goes further than declining the request. It states that creating at least one image and then asking for a refund launches a dispute, and that after the dispute you will be blocked definitively from the website, free and premium service alike. Read on 10 September 2026, that is a term of service rather than a support policy.

Vellria's position differs in kind rather than degree. You can request a refund of credits you have not spent from the Support page in your console, and each request gets its own review. Asking puts nothing at risk, and nothing in our terms makes a payment dispute grounds for a permanent ban. Credits taken by a run that the provider fails are a separate matter: they return to the balance on their own, with no request involved.

What renews, and what does not

SoulGen's pricing page sells access as plans: a one-month option and a twelve-month option, with a monthly credit allowance attached to the tier. Credits arrive as an entitlement of the plan you are on.

Vellria has no tier you must join. Credits you buy go into a single balance and pay for any model on offer, still or moving. With no subscription required, a quiet month bills you nothing unless you have opted into one of the two optional monthly plans, and a pay-as-you-go balance left alone for three months is where you left it when you come back.

The price of a run here follows from the model and the output you ask of it; it is shown on that model's page before you start and listed for every model on the pricing page, and both are generated from the rates the server charges, so they cannot disagree.
