An OurDream AI alternative for people who want the pictures, not the chat

OurDream lets you chat with the characters you make; Vellria keeps no characters, and its only chat is a raw model for your own code, Uncensored Chat. OurDream treats a character as something you build and customise; here, every run starts from a blank page unless you hand the model a picture. OurDream has a community where creations are shared, explored and remixed; Vellria has no feed and nothing to remix. If any of that is why you use OurDream, keep using it for that part. On Vellria the model is a choice you make on every run, not something fixed behind the interface. In our runs Seedream 5.0 Pro was the strongest image model once its reasoning switch was on, although it sometimes leaned more artistic than the prompt asked for.

When the picture needs to pass for a photograph, the Qwen models were the most realistic we tried, and Qwen Image Edit 3.0 was among the most faithful at changing an existing image without disturbing the rest. A companion platform holds a persona for you. A generator does not, so consistency is something you supply: settle on one frame you like, attach it as a reference image to the next run, and edit from there instead of describing the person again. Seedream 5.0 Lite accepted many references at once in our runs, useful when one scene combines a face, an outfit and a setting.

Every video model in the catalog can open on a single still and animate it, so a character refined as an image becomes a short clip without being rebuilt, and the prompt can spend its words on motion and camera. In our runs Seedance 2.5 was the most consistent video model and also the most expensive per second, while Wan 3.0 Pro was strong for most work.

OurDream's Acceptable Use Policy limits account creation, required for chatting, generating and publishing, to adults aged 18 or over, and keeps adult experiences for signed-in users who confirmed they are 18+. For them it allows original adult characters, "Sexual and romantic content between consenting adult characters" and fantasy, science-fiction or historical settings. Everywhere it prohibits depictions, implications or resemblances of minors, real people living or recently deceased, existing intellectual property such as named characters and worlds, bestiality and some further categories.

Vellria's terms permit fictional adult content in images and clips alike, and your prompt reaches the model as you wrote it; each model's provider does keep a filter of its own.

On 1 October 2026 OurDream's navigation showed "Join Free", "Upgrade" and "Buy Coins": a free sign-up, a paid upgrade and coins bought separately. Its Refund Policy, last modified on 9 March 2026, explains that a subscription is cancelled from the account settings. Check current plans and prices on ourdream.ai.

Vellria runs on a prepaid credit balance by default, with Starter and Pro as optional monthly plans, through a checkout page our payment partner hosts. Credits are taken when a run starts and come back on their own when a failure on the provider side ends the job, and one balance pays for Studio and API alike. The OurDream pages we read on 1 October 2026 mentioned no API; here a console key goes in a Bearer header, each request returns a job id, and you poll it until the file is ready.
