Wan 2.7 Spicy animates a picture. It is an image-to-video model built on Alibaba's Wan 2.7, and every run starts from a still you upload: the picture becomes the opening frame and the prompt describes what happens next. There is no text-only mode; to start from words, use Wan 3.0 Spicy or make the still first.
Clips run from two to fifteen seconds at 720p or 1080p, and sound can be switched on or off. The picture has already decided who is in the shot, what they wear and where they are, so spend the prompt on motion: what moves first, how fast, where the camera goes and, with audio on, what we hear.
An optional negative prompt lets you list what should not appear, such as extra people, on-screen text, a sudden cut or camera shake. Keep it short and concrete; it is a filter for recurring problems, not a second description of the scene.
