When free is the better answer
Every statement here about Perchance was read on perchance.org itself on 12 September 2026: the text-to-image generator, the video generator page, the text-to-image plugin page and the Terms of Service, which were last updated on 18 July 2026. Perchance can change any of those pages, so look at them again before you plan around a detail here.
Perchance's image generator works without signing up. On that date its tab title read "AI Image Generator (free, no sign-up, unlimited)", and logging in was a separate, optional step. Its text-to-image plugin page explains the economics: images are rendered on Perchance's own servers and the cost is carried by advertising, which that page says appears for visitors who are not logged in.
Vellria has no equivalent and is not pretending to. A new account created with Google gets 20 credits as a gift, valid for 7 days, and after that nothing renders until a top-up has cleared. The largest gap on 12 September 2026 was motion. Perchance publishes a page at perchance.org/ai-video-generator, and on that day it held a single line: "(coming soon...)". That records one page on one date; video may have arrived there since, and the page itself is the place to check.
Here video is already in the catalog, next to the image models and paid from the same balance. Every video model can write a scene from nothing or bring a picture to life; a clip is priced per second of footage at its model's own rate, and no charge happens until you confirm. On Vellria the model is something you choose for each run, not something fixed behind the prompt box. The catalog holds several image families and several video families, and every model has a page of its own listing which sizes or clip lengths it accepts, whether it takes a reference image, and what one run costs. The catalog shows them side by side, and the pricing page reads every figure from the same source the server charges from. Image models such as Qwen 3 and Seedream 5 Lite, and video models such as Wan 3.0, each have a page listing what they accept and cost; the uncensored AI video generator page covers video in the browser.
What this page does not do is judge output. It makes no claim about which model powers Perchance's generator and draws no comparison between results from the two; open the model pages and decide on what you see. An API, and the one document we checked
Perchance's Terms of Service, as read on 12 September 2026, have 25 numbered sections, and none of them concerns an API. That is a finding about one document on one date, not a survey of everything Perchance runs.
Vellria treats code as a first-class way in. You generate a key in the console and send it with each request as a Bearer token, and every model in the catalog accepts the same request layout: which model, what prompt, and the parameters that particular model supports. Jobs run asynchronously, so your script submits one, polls the record it gets back until it settles, and survives a restart without losing the work. Paying per run, and getting it back when a run breaks
Credits are topped up on the hosted checkout of our payment partner, where you can pay by card or by whatever other method your country supports. The packages, including the smallest one, are listed on the pricing page, and because nothing renews, a balance you leave alone stays put until you spend it.
A run is charged the moment it begins. Should the provider fail it, the charge reverses on its own as soon as the job is recorded as failed. On a free generator a broken attempt costs nothing, so the question never arises; once every run is paid for, it is the promise that matters most.
Perchance NSFW: what the search showed, and our rules
On 12 September 2026, six of the first ten Google results for "perchance nsfw" were perchance.org pages, led by a content warning page on that site, the rest its own community-made generators. That is a snapshot of one search on one day, and it says nothing about what those generators produce.
