Searching for a Kling AI alternative because the clips you have in mind are adult ones? Then the deciding fact sits in Kling's paperwork rather than in its model. Its Terms of Service and its Community Guidelines both prohibit sexually explicit content, and the guidelines name video alongside text and images. What Kling's two documents say
Every statement on this page about Kling was read on kling.ai on 12 September 2026; the older klingai.com address now redirects there. Two documents matter for the question most readers arrive with. One is the Terms of Service of Kling AI Pte. Ltd., a Singapore company, last updated on 21 April 2026. The other is the Community Guidelines, whose release and effective date is 8 September 2026, a few days before we read them.
Section 3.1(q) of the Terms places obscene and sexually explicit material on its list of prohibited content. The Community Guidelines give the subject a heading of its own: section III, "Sexually Explicit Content", applies the prohibition to text, images and video alike and names depictions of sexual acts among what is not allowed.
Those are findings about what the documents say, not about how Kling enforces them, which this page did not test. Either document can change, and the guidelines in their current form date only from this month, so reread them on kling.ai before you rely on a detail here.

What is allowed here, and the two lines that stay
On Vellria, fictional adult content is allowed, and a clip answers to exactly the rules a still image does. Your prompt reaches the model in the words you chose, so a scene is not toned down behind your back before it renders. Two lines hold whatever the prompt says. Sexual content involving minors is prohibited, and our terms extend that to characters who appear under age, whatever age a prompt gives them. An automated screen reads each prompt first and turns away the ones it recognizes as sexualising a minor; the prohibition itself reaches past anything the screen misses. Sexual content that shows an identifiable real person without their consent is prohibited as well.
On minors, Kling's guidelines point the same way: they state that using AI to create sexualised content involving virtual minors is also prohibited. The gap between the two services is adult content between adults, not this.
Where Kling is the stronger pick
Kling builds its own models. On 12 September 2026 its homepage named VIDEO 3.0, VIDEO 3.0 Omni, IMAGE 3.0 and IMAGE 3.0 Omni, and its API pricing page listed Kling 3.0, Kling 3.0 Turbo and Kling 3.0 Omni. Vellria runs none of them, so moving here means changing models as well as rules.
Its video API also reaches much further than ours. The same pricing page lists text-to-video and image-to-video next to multi-image-to-video, multi-element video editing, video extension, avatar, lip sync, video effects, text-to-audio and video-to-audio, and it prices 4K output for Kling 3.0 and Kling 3.0 Omni. Vellria's video models do two jobs: they turn a prompt, or a starting image, into a clip. If your pipeline leans on the rest of that list and your content sits within Kling's rules, Kling is the better fit, and nothing here argues otherwise.

Kling's app is sold by membership. Its plan page, which we could view without logging in on 12 September 2026, showed four paid tiers, Standard, Pro, Premier and Ultra, each renewing monthly with its own credit allowance and a lower price for the first month. The API is priced on a separate page and bought as prepaid units; the smallest package listed there was a 100-unit Trial Package, limited to five purchases per person.

Building on it: one key, one set of rules
Kling's guidelines describe their own scope as the kling.ai website, related applications, mini programs "and any other products or services". A developer planning adult video on its API should read that scope before assuming a looser rule applies there.
