Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 6 September 2026
The service runs on prepaid credits. This page explains when credits are refunded and how a payment can be cancelled.
Automatic refund on failed generations
Credits are deducted when a generation starts. If the generation ends in an error originating from the provider, the deducted credits are restored to your account automatically; you do not need to make a separate request.
The refund is made at the moment the generation is marked as failed and appears in your account history.
Cancelling a pending payment
You can cancel a credit top-up that has not yet been paid from the console.
If that payment is completed after you cancel it, the payment is still recognized and the credits are added to your account. This is to prevent funds that have been paid from going unaccounted for.
Completed payments
Credits can be topped up by card or with a cryptocurrency transfer. A completed payment is not refunded automatically; for a top-up paid with cryptocurrency, the payment cannot be reversed at all, because an on-chain transaction cannot be undone.
Once credits have been added to your account, you can submit a request for a refund of unused credits from the Support page in your console. Requests are assessed individually. Where a refund is made for a top-up paid with cryptocurrency, it is made in the cryptocurrency used for the payment and at that day's rate.
Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, services performed instantly in an electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.
A credit top-up is performed instantly and generations can be started immediately; the right of withdrawal therefore cannot be exercised for credits that have been used.
