Is there a free uncensored AI generator? The honest answer
Short answer: not here. Vellria is not free: a new account starts at a zero balance, with no sign-up credit and no trial, and every image or clip is paid for from credits you buy before you run it. The least expensive image model in the catalog is Vellria Lite, whose card further down prints its current price. Generation costs money because each run occupies a GPU at the company hosting the model, and that company bills for it. The account itself can usually be opened without an email address.

Why every run here costs something
An image or a clip is not a page being served; it is a model running on dedicated graphics hardware for the length of the job. The models in this catalog run on hardware operated by the provider that hosts them, the provider charges for each job, and the credits you spend are what cover that charge. There is no advertising behind the service that would let us hand the work out for nothing, and we would rather tell you so than disguise it as a trial.

A clip's cost is its per-second rate multiplied by its length, and each model sets its own shortest length, so the cheapest test is the shortest clip on the lowest rate. Both are sensible for checking whether an idea works and poor choices for anything you intend to keep.

What holds everywhere is that a rendered image used someone's GPU time. When the price to you is zero, that cost is being met in some other way, and it is worth knowing how before you build a habit around it.

Is there a free AI without limits?
Not free, and not without limits either, though the limits are few and they are not about taste. Your wording reaches the model as you wrote it. An automatic check screens prompts before any credit is spent and refuses the ones it recognizes as sexual material involving a minor — the ban applies whether or not the check catches a given prompt. Putting a real, identifiable person into sexual content without their consent is prohibited by the terms, and the provider that hosts a model can stop a job on its own rules, in which case the credits come back.
