Every character is an adult

Hentai and anime art carry a risk that photographic work does not: a drawn style can make an adult look young, and part of the genre leans on exactly that. The terms prohibit any sexual or suggestive depiction of a person who is not of age, any depiction of one alongside nudity or sexual content, and any material relating to the sexual abuse of children, and that reaches past a stated number: a character drawn with a childlike face or body, one written with an age left deliberately unclear, and a character who is a minor in the work it is drawn from, all fall inside the ban no matter what age the prompt assigns them.

Only a small part of that is enforced by software. An automatic check reads the text of each prompt against a fixed set of rules and refuses one it identifies as sexual content involving a minor, before anything renders and before a credit leaves your balance. That text is all it reads. It never sees the picture the model draws, so it cannot tell whether a drawn figure looks like a child; keeping every character adult, in the wording and in the finished image, falls to whoever runs the account. The terms answer a breach by closing the account without warning and, where the case calls for it, informing the competent authorities.

What you can draw with it

Anime, manga and hentai are looks you ask for in words. Name the finish you are after, cel shading, clean line art, flat colour, screentone, a painted key-visual look, then describe the adult characters and what they are doing, as explicit as the scene needs. Nudity, sex between invented adults, fetish themes and erotic illustration all sit under the same terms as any fictional adult work, and your prompt arrives at the model worded exactly as you wrote it.

Keeping one character across a series

Two prompts with the same description give you two characters who are only roughly alike, and in a drawn style the differences show fast: eye shape, hair, the proportions of the face. Once a render looks right, stop describing the character and use that frame as a reference. Editing models take a picture as input, and some take several, so one image can carry the character and another the outfit or the room.

Your own characters, and ones that belong to someone else

Characters you invent are the simple case. Under the terms, rights in what you generate are yours to the extent the law allows, and Vellria claims nothing in them beyond running the service. A real, recognisable person drawn as an anime character without their consent is a different matter: the terms prohibit it, public figures included, and a drawn style does not turn it into fiction.

Characters from existing anime, manga and games belong to their rights holders. Vellria does not license them and does not promise that any model will reproduce one. The terms forbid output that violates what third parties hold rights in, promise nothing about output being original or clear of other people's rights, and make you answerable for whether what you generate, and what you do with it, is lawful. The age rule applies here without exception, and it turns on who the character is and how they are drawn, not on an age typed into the prompt.
